From samba and bossa nova to psychedelic MPB and beach boogie, Marcos Valle is one of the most important composers, arrangers, lyricists, and performers in Brazilian music history. There are few artists in the history of sound recording who can boast such a stylistically diverse career as Valle—and who have maintained such consistently high quality over six decades. The Brazilian pop all-rounder has worked with Leon Ware, Sarah Vaughan, and Chicago.
