Avalon are Timon (vocals/keyboards) and Cyrill Messmer (guitars), two brothers who have been making music together since childhood. For several years, they were both part of the successful band Myron, performing at festivals such as the Moon & Stars Festival in Locarno and the Hallenstadion in Zürich. This was followed by TV appearances and countless gigs. Timon and Cyrill have also contributed to numerous other productions by Swiss artists. As songwriters in their own right, they founded the band Avalon in 2018. Their music can be found on all streaming platforms. Catchy melodies, modern sounds, 80s influences, a high degree of recognizability in their songwriting, Timon's vocals, and Cyrill's virtuoso guitar playing define Avalon’s sound. The musical roots of the two brothers are unmistakable: Toto, Phil Collins, Sting, and others.
Tickets are CHF 20 in advance and CHF 25 at the door; students receive a CHF 5 discount.
