The dream of making people laugh and the loneliness are like light and shadow for a clown's day. Hugo stumbles through his everyday life; he is in love. But only her portrait in his room knows it. Ah! Then the fall from the rope; one last time, he carries his beloved tightrope walker from the ring. Hugo turns his back on the circus. But his suicide attempts become a farcical act. He has to leave. As Hugo ventures into the world, he encounters dogs, children, prostitutes, and lovers, but above all, he encounters himself.
This performance performed with feet and without words is a witty and sentimental foot theater fairy tale, performed by Anne Klinge, who has travelled the world with her inimitable foot theater stories. The program is suitable for adults and children ages 12 and up.
