RELATE Space explores people’s humanness and interconnection through group practices that help participants meet each other with more authenticity, aliveness, mindfulness, and creative presence. Their aim is more truth, love, and healing in connection with ourselves, each other, our wider collectives, and Earth. This is a practice space for healthier, more dynamic relating. Whenever people show up in connection with others, they carry with them their patterns, gifts, shadows, strengths, wounds, and resilience. Because humans are deeply relational beings, their patterns intersect, intertwine, and constantly co-create the reality they are immersed in. When they bring awareness, presence, and compassion to how they show up with all these dynamics, greater possibilities for relational growth and transformation unfold. Through dyads, triads, and group explorations, these workshops grow participants’ somatic, emotional, and relational capacities for being with the present moment. They learn to attune with more precision, build group coherence, hold paradox and polarities, and step into their sovereign agency. They learn to communicate consciously, connect authentically, and heal collectively through Relational Presencing.
