They will create an appealing advertisement with an accurate description and sell the items on Ricardo; you will be kept informed throughout the process. After your items have found a new owner, you will receive 50% of the sale price back (minus shipping), and the other 50% will be used for the professional and social reintegration of people in challenging life situations—a win-win for everyone involved! If your item does not sell after several sales attempts, you will receive an email asking you to either donate or pick up the item within a week.

Items that generally sell well include:

• Electrical appliances (e.g. mobile phones, computers, cameras/lenses, household appliances, tools)
• Accessories for electronics and peripherals
• Toys and sporting goods (Playmobil, Technics, sports equipment, skis, and snowboards)
