When The Notwist, after their early days as a metal band, began merging catchy indie riffs with experimental electronica, it influenced a whole generation of musicians. After seven years, they are back with “Vertigo Days” and are thus fully rooted in the here and now. The trio's work is as diverse as their musical offerings; it includes their own record label as well as compositions for film, theater, and other bands. Germany's most innovative indie band will perform at Kaserne, supported by Gina Été, Switzerland’s answer to Björk.
